San Diego now has its own USL team, San Diego Loyal Soccer Club.

The San Diego Loyal Soccer Club is led by Head Coach Landon Donovan, a former US Soccer National Team and MLS MVP. He is joined by a talented group of players and staff to create a top-notch organization. The team will play its home games at USD Sports Center, a state-of-the-art soccer facility located in San Diego. San Diego Loyal Soccer Club is part of the USL Championship, a top-level professional soccer league in the United States.

The team will compete against other teams from around the country in a regular season and playoffs.

The regular season will begin in March , with the team’s first home game scheduled for May .
